3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Payment Terms

Payment for our services is based on qualified leads delivered according to your selected plan. Payment terms include:

• Charges are based on the number of qualified leads delivered
• Minimum 3-month commitment required for all plans
• Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due within 30 days
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure on our part

5. Data Privacy and Protection

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by GlenViewPointWay and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

GlenViewPointWay's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive access to your data for 90 days for export purposes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email and continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
